What are your delivery options and shipping costs?

We offer standard curbside delivery and premium White Glove delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items. Orders over $1,500 qualify for free standard shipping in select zones.

Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?

Yes, our White Glove delivery service includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made or upholstered items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal. For large freight items, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All furniture items purchased through The Furniture Warehouse come with a minimum 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.

Can I request fabric swatches before placing an order?

Absolutely. We understand that color and texture are important. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches for free through our website to help you make the perfect choice for your home.
